Returns and Refunds Policy

At Freya Voyages, your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 3 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or alterations will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or personalized luggage.

  • Used fishing gear (e.g., opened bait kits, hooks, or lines).

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or bundled offers.


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos or videos of the item for verification.

  • Once approved, we will provide either a replacement, repair (if applicable), or a full refund.

  • Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products will be covered by Freya Voyages.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email us with your order number, reason for return, and supporting details (photos if needed).

  2. Return Authorization – We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Packaging – Items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using the original packaging.

  4. Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you must return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after the stated time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times vary by provider.

  • If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist further.


8. International Returns

  • International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes when returning items. These charges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.

  • Delays may occur due to international shipping and customs clearance.
